Postgraduate studies

Within the education framework the Centre for Research and Professional Improvement of the IIEPS RAS organizes courses and seminar studies, ensures highly qualified academic supervision, provides consultations with leading specialists of the Institute. Annually, up to 30 post-graduate students and above 5 competitors to the candidate of science (Ph.D.) academic degree study in the Centre.

In compliance with the license issued by the RF Ministry of Education and Sciences (series A No 156263, registration No 2199, dated 18.03.2004) postgraduate studies are provided on the basis of budget competitive and contract system and include:

• program leading to a Candidate of Science degree, on either full or part-time basis, in the following areas: Universal History (Contemporary Period), History of International Relations and Foreign Policy, World Economics, Political Theory, History and Methodology of Political Science;
• program leading to doctoral degree in the area of "World Economics";
• Internships for scholars from countries of Near and Far Abroad.
