At the Institute of Economy RAS the collection of papers "The Alliances Civilized Divorce Leads to… (the Materials of Round-Table Talk Devoted to 15 Years of the CIS Formation)", Editor-in-chief Kheyfets B.A. was published.

The set of articles prepared in the outcome of the round-table talk "The alliances civilized divorce" leads to summarizing the results of 15-years long existence of the Commonwealth, straightforwardly reveals the reasons for failures in the development of integration processes and critically evaluates the policy of the CIS states in this sphere. Upon the basis of such analysis possible scenarios of the development of political and economic situation in the post-Soviet space are examined with a view to new aspects, emerging in the development of transformation and political processes in individual Commonwealth states, as well as in the change of their foreign political an foreign economic preferences.
