At the Institute of Economy RAS the scientific paper "Russia- the EU and the CIS Countries: Economic and Political Relations on Common Neighborhood Space". Editor-in-chief S.P. Glinkina was published.

The present report is devoted to examination of economic and political relations of Russia with EU and the CIS states in common neighborhood space. The authors analyze topical tendencies of mutual connections along the line Russia-EU, Russia- the CIS as well as EU - CIS. Contradictions of interests of parties of the present problem-specific geopolitical triangle (RF-EU- CIS) are examined, the authors come to the conclusion on the necessity to elaborate Russian neighborhood concept.
