The seminar was held jointly by the Centre for Social Studies (Institute for International Economic and Political Studies), the Faculty of State Administration of Moscow State University, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble (France) with active academic and financial support of French-Russian Centre for Political Sciences and Humanities. French and Russian experts in the field of health care organization, representatives of competent state bodies, public and educational organizations took part in its work.
Well-known French scientists Monica Steffen and Patrice Pinelle made presentations at the seminar.
