The seminar was held jointly by the Institute for International Economic and Political Studies, the Faculty of state administration of Moscow State University, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble (France) with active academic and financial support of French-Russian center for political sciences and humanities. French and Russian experts in the field of health care organization, representatives of competent state bodies, public and educational organizations took part in its work.
