Basic directions of the education activities at the IIEPS RAS includes:
- ensuring postgraduate studies, professional improvement of the Institute of computer science;
- workers, organization of lectures and seminars.
In compliance with the license issued by the RF Ministry of Education and Sciences (series A No 156263, registration No 2199, dated 18.03.2004) postgraduate studies are provided on the basis of budget competitive and contract system and include:
- Program leading to a Candidate of Science degree, on either full or part-time basis, in the following areas: Universal History (Contemporary Period), History of International Relations and Foreign Policy, World Economics, Political Theory, History and Methodology of Political Science;
- Program leading to doctoral degree in the area of "World Economics";
- Internships for scholars from countries of Near and Far Abroad.
